Transjakarta Commits to Keep Improving its Services

Entering the age of 18 that falls on January 15, PT Transjakarta is committed to always providing better services.

Service improvement is the focus of PT Transjakarta

Angelina Betris, Acting Corporate Secretary and Public Relations Head of PT Transjakarta said, the company has a lot of flagship programs to focus on right now.

"Service improvement is the focus of PT Transjakarta. We're very grateful to the Jakarta administration and customers who have helped Transjakarta to be better so far," she expressed, Tuesday (1/18).

She explained, its improvement would be done from various aspects, both services, infrastructure and so on. One of them was integrating all Transjakarta bus services with other public transportation modes in terms of physical, services and payment systems.

"It will make it easier for people when using public transportation," she explained.

Besides superior programs, the company also focused on service quality in terms of safety in accordance with the direct direction of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT).

Several recommendations from the KNKT have now also been implemented, starting from restructuring, direct inspection of facilities at the depot to ensuring that Fit to Work for drivers and Transjakarta operator partners is running well.

"We will continuously meet all recommendations properly for maximum safe and comfortable service going forward," she stated.
