Besides superior programs, the company also focused on service quality in terms of safety in accordance with the direct direction of the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT).
Several recommendations from the KNKT have now also been implemented, starting from restructuring, direct inspection of facilities at the depot to ensuring that Fit to Work for drivers and Transjakarta operator partners is running well.
"We will continuously meet all recommendations properly for maximum safe and comfortable service going forward," she stated.
